To much deduction

<p><br />Telecommunications<br />Bad service<br />by zoebinjebs 3<br />Dear Sir/Madam<br />I had an account with MTN for more than 10yrs<br />My challenge started when I was due for upgrade. The agreement was that they send me airtime for R150 and I pay 190 I think but u noticed they were taking R390 instead<br />I went to eastrand mall where I did the upgrade and took it up with Gavin who helped with my upgrade he promised to sort it out. I kept going there for more than a month<br />He gave me reference no's every time I go there. ...usd ********** <br /> ********** 96<br /> ********** <br /> ***4064<br />And promised to sort it out<br />To my surprise one day my phone stopped working I couldn't receive calls and when I called MTN they told me my line is been suspended.<br />I went back to Gavin he still said his working on it<br />Now I receive calls from debt collectors and my name is on itc<br />Please help me sort out this problem<br />Thanks <br />Z P Mthombeni</p> <p>Show</p>
