To MTN SOUTH AFRICA from MZIN***E SIBANDA (Client)

My name is Mzin***e Sibanda,an Mtn South Africa client.I just had a very very bad customer service from a customer care agent by the name of Palesa Gugushe,she was very rude to assist me on my query & l even ended up not continuing with what l called for the way bad service it was.His Manager Tumelo Rakosa was told to contact me but l never received a call from him.I'm so so ****ed off with the service of customer service l would like MTN as a whole to look into that agent Palesa Gugushe to be dealth with & fired cause she definately doesn't value her job.
