To be on Mtn network is a nightmare

I’ve been on Mtn contract but when I canceled when is dueit they suspend all my incoming calls without any justification. I’ve been calling them since the 19 day of July until today as the incoming calls on my cell number to wit *** is still suspended or barred. But they are sending me from pillar to post, every day they keep on saying I must wait for 24 hours but it surpasses without help.
