I Have NEVER EVER EVER had a contract with MTN

MTN started to charge me a monthly subscription without any interaction from me.

I have exchanged many emails and had many telephonic conversations with customer rude support regarding this asking for proof that I entered into a contract. absolutely no response. MTN stopped the Dedit Order after many emails and many telephonic conversations and promises but ignores my request for a refund. It is in access of R7000
