Tired of MTN

If I could give a negative start I would definitely do that .MTN has taken me for a ride. I took out the 269 month to month data . Then after some few months I left the country and I didn't cancel as it's month to month I will come back and continue where I left off. Then December when I checked MTN says I owe them R5000 I enquired and I was told that I should take the router back to the shop it will be cancelled if I wish to continue I will only pay 269 then continue .did go to the shop .they have been sending me back n forth today was probably the 4th time , everytime I get a different answer . Now I've been told that my account has been handed to legal ..all I want is for them to take their router back .
