TIRED OF CONSTANT SUSPENSION FOR NO REASON

I am getting so tired of being suspended! I was suspended earlier for a short payment of R79.55 which was in error. A total monthly account of R991. MTN cant advise me. They just suspend me. I paid balance and they unsuspended me. Yesterday they suspended my phone for non payment. I sent proof of payment for May and they finally unsuspended me AGAIN and apologised. Today, I get another message. They have suspended me AGAIN for non payment. ***. How many times must I send proof of payment?? I pay my account every month! DO THEY NOT REALISE WE ARE IN LOCKDOWN DUE TO COVID 19??? But I still pay my account despite not earning for 3 months.
