Tired of being sent back and forth!!

So I upgraded on Monday and took a specific package because it comes with a free gift. I received my new Hisense H50 this morning minus the free gift. I have spoken to more than 8 people this morning at MTN with them referring me to various departments and finally was told that I need to claim my free gift from Hisense. Contacted Hisense twice to find out how to claim my gift and they told me that MTN is supposed to send the gift with the phone. So now I am still no closer to figuring out where this gift comes from. MTN, you really need to train your staff better so that they don't send customers on a wild goose chase for goods that you are advertising! And also, where the heck is my free gift>?>?>!!
