Timothy is simply world class!

After being with in contact with the call centre through calls, e-mails and even HelloPeter and getting nowhere, I since Sept 2014 and getting nowhere, I decided to pop into the HO at 14th Ave.<br> <br> This is where I met Timothy. From the outset it was clear he was a cut above the rest. He listened to my query, made notes diligently and, within a reasonable space of time he has already given me an update. He may not have resolved my query as yet but it is reassuring to know that he is on top of it.<br> <br> Most importantly, in his update Timothy covered all the areas I have raised with him.<br> <br> He is truly a rare breed in this big corporate world where generally customer service is simply a market exercise and not much more.<br> <br> Thank you Timothy, I hope one day you are given an opportunity to manage the call centre and spread your touch to the staff there too.<br> <br> Thank you.
