Mtn has made it unnecessarily difficult to get hold of their call centre agents. Wasted an hour trying different options to speak to their agent with no success. Moreover, I've been calling with the same query for a very long time but I'm still not assisted. POOR SERVICE. Time wasters. Add a simple option to connect to your agents. DO NOT RECOMMEND
