I enquired about a contract deal on iphone 6. They confirmed that they had the deal on an iphone 6 128gb phone. I specifically asked 3 times if they were sure that the deal is on the iphone 6 128gb which was confirmed 3 times. I then went to my office to collect my ID and documents, went back to the Brooklyn store and we began the process. We made copies of my ID and drivers, I answered the security questions, updated all info and after about 30 mins it turned out that the deal was not on the 128gb phone.<br> An hour wasted... The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely sorry.<br>
