Time to start lodging complaints with ICASA since MTN does not resolve issues

In the last 3 weeks I have tried going through all channels to resolve an issue with my contract (non-receipt of my data & voice bundles despite being billed). Call center agents are *********** and keep dropping my calls, customer care via email are utterly useless and do not respond, MTN branches are merely sales centres and tickets opened are closed without feedback or resolution. I have been with MTN since 1998 and after reading the Hellopeter reviews (with no responses from business) it is time to lodge complaints with ICASA and move on to another network.
