Time for another billion rand fine

MTN seem to want their customers to do their jobs for them. They recently started sending me spam. I opted out. They confirmed that I had been removed from their spam distribution list. But they kept sending me spam.

When I complained and asked them to stop sending me spam, they tried to tell me that I had to follow certain instructions to actually remove myself from their spam list. Over and above opting out.

No. Incorrect. It is your job to rectify this unacceptable situation. I never asked MTN to send me garbage. I followed your opt out procedure. It did not work. Please fix it. And stop sending me unsolicited garbage.
