Tiktok bundle

Poor service. No available person to talk to when calling the MTN customer service helpline for needing help with the tiktok bundle I purchased. I bought the R50 tiktok bundle last night thinking that it will work, I was mistaken. It doesn't work. It says unstable network! I tested it out by buying a 120MB bundle for a day just to see if tiktok will work and guess what it worked. Now that my 120MB bundle has depleted tiktok doesn't want to work with the tiktok social bundle. I either want my R50 airtime, refund or you fix this with compensation. I must say I'm not the only person experiencing this. I'm sure alot of people out there are having the same issue.
