Tied of waiting

Hi my name is Alice and I'm so tied of MTN. I have been a customer of mtn for many years and now I have problem after problem with them. I had a update in May this year that came with a promotion of x2 of data minutes and sms for three months. I only received one month and after that nothing we get the sms that we received it but we didn't. Also I done a eft on the 1St of June 2017 and it's been 3 months and still they haven't sorted it out on my account yet. I have 4 lines with mtn and two are now due for upgrade but this is stopping me from getting my upgrade. I have send proof of payment to so many people and have so many reference numbers and still nothing. I really am fed up with this how can one wait so long to be helped.
