Ticket Sales

I recommend MTN should use another ticket outlet for selling MTN 8 tickets. I bought MTN 8 final tickets online using TicketPro, my money was deducted but I did not received my tickets and now tickets are sold out TicketPro is refusing to refund me they say they did not received my money hence my money went through to their Standard bank account. Now I'm going to miss MTN 8 final while I was prepared to watch.

Another issue MTN please alert stadium managers to accommodate us with special needs. I call Moses Mabhida Stadium on the semi-final between AmaZulu and Kaizer Chiefs to accommodate my temporary paraplegic they said I must come and seat at level 5 and no tags or special ticket I must produce. I went to seat there, at the beginning of second half the staff member came to chase us away from paraplegic seats saying we must have tags that allowsbus to seat there even if I tell the guy no we are instructed by staff member to seat there the guy insisted and chased us. I watched second half standing with my walking frame.

My most concern is that I am going to miss final if there is any possibility MTN please make means so that I can be at stadium to watch final between AmaZulu and Orlando Pirates.
