My wife went to MTN in the Paddocks Shopping Centre in Milnerton CT. She had a Cell Phone problem and an Internet connecting problem. As her Service Provider is MTN, she had tried various MTN Customer Care, even in the Canal Walk Mall. They shrugged and told her that they were not able to assist. As we are frequent shoppers at Paddocks Shopping Centre in Milnerton, she decided to ask them as at this stage she felt that she had nothing further to lose. Under the Management of Chad Bantham, his Staff listened and came up with solutions. Walla! they managed to sort out and solve her frustrating problems, though it had taken a bit of their time, it was well worth it. A big THANK YOU to Chad and his excellent Team.
