Three weeks since my insurance claim. Supposedly a 48 hour turnaround time!!
<p>When I originally insured my phone through MTN insurance, I was told there would be a 24 - 48 hour turnaround time between lodging the claim and receipt of voucher to purchase a new handset.</p> <p>I lodged an insurance claim for a ****** phone three weeks ago. </p> <p>It was only after my previous HelloPeter review that I even received a response, but since then, there have been inefficiencies, bumblings, requests for irrelevant information (eg a request for company letterhead even though my phone is registered to me personally and not through a company) and no resolution.</p> <p>I am still awaiting a response.</p> <p>This service is shocking!!!</p> <p>No wonder the MTN shares are plummeting in value....</p>
