Threatening my name

Hi there, mtn advisors are pathetic, so rude and unprofessional. Drop the line whenever and speak the way they want, not sure how this company still standing with a type of foundation they have built with. Mtn keeps sending me messages , stating my services are suspended and that I did not make payment , but I have made the payment and my line is NOT suspended. I have had non stop issues with these people , each time I make a payment they don’t send it to Experian and does not update my credit profile. This is so serious because it’s affecting me as I can’t apply for anything as people are thinking I’m missing payments.
