Threaten clients when you caused then problem
Suspending my account when you guys caused the issue. You move over to a new billing system, send me a statement with a different amount, I query it... It takes you guys forever to reply so I paid the amount and then the next month you hit me with a massive bill!! Your error your problem. Don't threaten people when the mistake was on your end. Especially when I've been a very loyal client since 2017 and never missed 1 payment ever!! Never had a problem!! But you messed up so fix all my contracts right now!! Your problem your mess!!

Fix your issues and stop blaming your clients!! Find my money!! I have sent proof and still it not been allocated to my account!!
