Wanted to be explained to why my bill still charged while i already finished my contract and called in to do cancelation on time always received different explanation and cancelation was never made in time which is affecting the bill... Was never assisted and person who was assisting choose to hang up while i asked for them to open case or call they manager, been calling for more then 3 times yet seems consultant lack training to assist or listen to customer needs
