THIS SEEMS THE ONLY WAY TO GET RESPONSES FROM MTN

I went to the MTN corporate office at work to cancel my data bundles. they advised that they are no longer allowed to attend to this and I must call the 808 number. I called at least 20 times and it is impossible to get through to a consultant. I then emailed the service desk, customer care and business email addresses for MTN to sort out my packages. i have sent at least 5 emails and to date they have not sorted it out. all I want is to cancel my 2x2gig data bundles *** and ***) and to make my one contract which expires next week into a pay as you go number ***) as I have two contracts. they are not attending to it and there are time periods within which you need to cancel like one month before expiry. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST!!!

Hello latha,

We are sorry to have disappointed you with our service and would like to assure you that we do strive to provide the best service at all times. It is certainly not our intention to dissatisfy our customers.

Kindly be advised that *** and *** have already been cancelled,*** expired yesterday 13/05/2015 and it has been migrated to prepaid. The migration process takes 2 to 24 hours. You were previously advised that airtime/data available on that number will be forfeited when we migrate to prepaid(REQ:***).our records show that there was no airtime on ***.

Thank you for your post
