This review is for the MTN outlet at the V&A.. Cape Town

I was looking to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S25 and went into the outlet. The person there told me it was not in stock yet but gave me her email address telling me to contact her in a week or so. and she would let me know. Really, I must admit I was taken aback as I am a customer, they should be taking down my details and contacting me. In any event, I of course, threw the piece of paper away. I was at the V&A a few day later but as I was passing the MTN store thought I would walk in and enquire again. This time I again asked the consultant and he too told me no they are not in yet but again gave me his email address and told to contact him in three or four days. I obviously did not and will not use that MTN outlet again. The consultants there seem to feel they are doing you a favour by attending to you.
