This network should get fines for all the bad services

I give up. How can it take a month to recieve a phone from mtn retentions. Still waitings for them to call me back. From last week. I think all the complaints should be posted in newspapers so everybody in sa and other countries can see how bad the service is. They already sent me a bille for the new upgrade but no phone from 1 february. The excuses they give are we will get back to you. Its a lame excuse do your job u are getting paid for.
