This matter needs urgent attention from MTN

Good morning, I would like to lodge a complaint against MTN South Africa with their poor service. I cancelled my contract with MTN last year December 2022 and I paid the amount that was due including cancellation fee, so now the problem is they keep on sending me messages saying I owe them money and that money keeps on increasing every month.
