This is what I get for loyalty!!!
After more than 8yrs of being a loyal client I decided to cancel my contract due to the stinking attitude I received from your network coverage call centre agents. Around May/June I phoned your 808 department and informed them that I want to cancel my contract and still keep the insurance for my phone: (reference number for the call: ***)

I was told this was done but however it wasn't' as at the end of May my account was debited with 342-00 and then 357-00 of June.

On the 18th June, I submitted a claim for a damaged phone (reference number: ***2) I still haven't heard from MTN insurance until now when I get an sms informing me that my insurance has been cancelled (when I DID NOT request this)

Instead I receive a phone call today informing about upgrading my contract!!! Like seriously!!!
Please process my claim so I can move on from this network. Or refund me ALL MY PREMIUMS that I was contributing, I'm sure they are enough to pay for the damaged screen and battery cover
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with MTN.
