This is too petty......... Lets consider this a termination of contract

I am not the kind that likes to complain, but this is way overboard for a service that one is paying R210. 50 on a monthly basis. Firstly, I am not too sure how my contract agreement moves from R198 to 210 without anyone even communicating with me. Yesterday I received a SMS stating that I have to pay R210.50 of which I am not too sure where an additional 50 cent is coming from, which looks so small but cumulatively becoming a huge amount. please I need answers because this has gone way too far. I need and explanation on this additional money that you have put on my contract. If don’t receive any explanation, unfortunately, that contact will remain void and null since you have decided to bridge it by increasing the premiums that where never agreed upon in the first place. I don’t have any handset from MTN other that the data that I am paying for on a monthly basis. If this is how its going to work, you can stop your data and I will stop paying and it will be fair and square. I will make sure that u don’t get money on my account every time to go to debit because this is a rip and with an economy like this, unplanned additional cost is not an option. Please revert my contract back to what I have signed for. R198 or I end this contact with an immediate effect of bridge of contact. My husband took the same contact and his cost are fixed, with no increase none whatsoever, so I am failing to understand why me!!!!!!!! I change banking details, and you guys continue to go to the old banking details and when u don’t find money you make it look like it’s my problem, now I am sitting with a minus account because of you and you have incurred me cost that were not even part of my budget. when I call your call centre I get a very ****ty explanation that I was suppose to have called the call centre and explain that I have changed the banking. I am told that its my job to notify MTN, funny enough that I only get communication from you when u don’t get any funds from my account. Again, I say if this contract is too much for you guys to bare, I can take my service elsewhere, I am very much sure that Vodacom will appreciate my R210 every month.
