This is the way MTN treats companies

Finally i need to speak out and maybe after weeks of trying to find someone that can assist in a company that is one strike to to wage negotiations. <br> As a company with a number of lines and data contracts, i must admit that dealing with MTN and a non existing call centre, as no one their can be of assistance, even after staying in the queue for more than 20 minutes.<br> This frustration never happened when we were still with Nashua Mobile. 2 of the lines have been offered upgrades, that includes myself and Main Member of the company and my National Sales & Marketing Manager.<br> <br> Finally i did manage to speak to a store (Cape Gate - Christaline), as the call centre is not operational due to strike. The contracts can be upgrade on the 1 June 2015, today is the 27th May. I asked her to find out if MTN would be able to assist to upgrade a couple of days earlier. MTN response was NOO. Thanks MTN, nice one. <br> <br> Yesterday one of my Reps contacted me to say that his service has been suspended. We pay by debit order.<br> <br> 808 / 809 can't help, they are striking. MTN store in Waterstone can't help. They need to call they HO, and they are striking now, so wait till Wednesday next week to help you.
