This is the third time!!!
On Thursday afternoon at 16:30 I went to my mtn branch to do a sim swap. This is the third swim swap I do and the third time I was told it will take 2 to 24 hrs. As with the previous times, once again mtn cannot deliver!!! <br> <br> It has now been 88 hours and my sim swap still has not happened. <br> <br> I believe not only is this extremely bad service as your reputation is now that of complete lack of service, but I also feel I am due for some sort of compensation by now. Being let down over and over and over again is just not ok!
