my name is Zanele Lungile Ntuli ID no *** my number *** last year November i received a call from the lady saying she calling from MTN offered me a cellphone contract she said she gone give Sumsang Ao5 and she asked if i have an MTN number i said no

and she ask i knew anyone using MTN because there is a promotion of data so i gave her my sisters number which is *** and she continued with sale she took my address she read all the terms and conditions she said i must wait for my cellphone to be delivered

till today i did not receive that cellphone but my sister received the datas and now MTN send me the statement that i must pay for the contract that i did not received and they block my sisters number i am very angry now if i want to cancel this thing i was told to pay R800 which i don't have i lost my job last year 1st December

kindly please cancel this contract for me before i take further steps if you have the recordings as you guys telling us that the call are recorded

please cancel this contract with the immediate effect because i did not receive anything from you guys
