THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE MTN

I have been trying to upgrade online since the 24th November. being sent from this number to that number. they offer online deals then when you order you get a ref number but nobody follows up, went instore to so many different branches and nobody can help me. Been on the phone with 135 get sent to there online department and then someone cuts my call. EVERY SINGLE TIME. how pathetic is that. MTN offers online deals and tell you they don't have stock, but if you go into the stores they tell you a different story
