This is not going to work for me
Good day,
A few month ago my contract was moved to a month to month. I have been very happy with it, but here is the problem. Every month the contract is renewed, which is fine, but you can't seriously expect me to receive documents form CSV couriers and every month give them proof of ID and residence?
Come on guys, that is rediculous, and also a waste of MTN's money having to send these documents. I would like to keep this contract, but can we make another plan regarding the delivery and documents every month?

I do not want to go onto prepaid, I was helped by a MTN consultant, that told me it is a month to month contract, which I want to keep currently as I am happy. Every month end I get a sms stating my contract application was successful, and then I get contacted by the couriers and they want to deliver, every month. That is my problem. Same "contract" same person. This has been going on since May 2017.
