I am so disappointed in MTN. I called on Thursday to have my roaming activated on my phone. Now I am in Europe with no roaming activated on my phone after mtn assured me that I would have. I had a number of bad experiences with mtn now and unless they can proof to me that they actually want to provide a service I will be moving my contract.<br> <br> Werner Homann *** (oooeps not that anyone can call because mtn never activated my roaming) :-(

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
please be advised that int roaming was activated on the 27/11/2015 on the *** for the service to work effectively it needs to activated two weeks prior to departure,kindly reboot your phone switch it off and remove out the sim and put it back after 5 minutes if still not working,go to network settings and select manual search it should give you networks available to roam with in the country you situated.
