THIS IS ***** MTM. Check your wifi router for content charges

We bought a 50 gig blackfriday data deal along with the wifi router from MTN. The charges that was advertised and what is being deducted by debit order differ dramatically. We have been to the MTN shop on numerous time to sort out the matter. They say that it is contents charges that we signed up for. This is impossible as they installed the sim card directly into our router. There is no possible way that we could have accidently subscribed to any content. MTM just say we must contact the services we are subscribed too and cancel and ask for a refund. How is this even posable if we don't know who they are. THIS IS ***** MTM. How can you allow random people to charge things to my account. In effect you are giving consent to anonymous people access to my bank account threw your debit order. They can charge anything onto my account and you just debit it from my bank account. MTN you are facilitating *****. how can a router you sold be magically subscribe to contents charges. how many of your customers are you doing this too.
