This is day light ******* from MTN

<p>Don't understand if this is a ******* or I just got the wrong person to help me with my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sometime in March I emailed MTN to cancel one lone for me as I had no intention of upgrading it, I got a mail to assure me only one line was canceled and that the rest of my lines will only be canceled in 2018 , now a month a ago I discovered that actually all my lines were deactivated, which I had to go back and fight mtn to active them which where done.</p> <p>Fastward to today I visit an mtn store for a sim swap and to RICA them as i was advised i need to go through the RICA procedure again, and this lady point out that my numbers show that I still have ads 24 months to upgrade, which means that ia no longer due for upgrade, so it looks like my contracts just started this month, what bull is this? I have last upgrade my numbers last year and most of them are actually coming to an end beginning of 2018 why do I have to pay extra months Now? Why am i as an MTN have to go all through this? I have been with MTN for more than 5 years and have recommended friends on the service but looks like am being let down, can this be sorted without involving hello Peter????</p> <p>I will not pay extra months on my contract as to my knowledge one of them is due for an upgrade in September, please fix this.......</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p>
