This company is a joke.

I ordered a router from the MTN SA company about 4 months ago, however when the package was delivered I received a modem as well as an unregistered sim card. The sim card did not work for a whole month, I then called the customer service line to get it sorted but they advised that they would get it sorted for me. Up to today that issue was not resolved. To this day I am still being charged for a modem and sim card that has never been used. My statement currently stands at R1700 for once again a service I did not use at all. This service is appalling, I would not advertise this brand or company to friends or family.
