this business is not worthy of one star

This business is absolutely useless , I would not recommend to anyone . They actually don't even deserve a star. numerous attempts to cancel a contract have failed . MTN does not respond to emails and I'm on hold for the second time in the last few days for more than 30 min. one cannot cancel instore either.
