THIS BUSINESS CHARGES TO ISSUE TAX INVOICES

<p>Account N ********** </p> <p>MTN has - since MAY 2016 - NOT sent me an email containing the link which - when followed, enabled me to download (current month) account statement and invoices. MTN has never explained why they have chosen to stop sending me those emails \ links.</p> <p> </p> <p>On calling 808 to query this, I was told that I would have to pay R18-00 for a copy of each Tax Invoice that I have not received. Does SARS approve of this? Then again, does SARS even know of this? I'll bet not!</p> <p><br />Logging on to MTN Active (using my cell number) does also NOT allow me to download (VAT Compliant!!) statements and tax invoices in printable .PDF format. I am in fact - via MTN Active - able to download ONLY invoice (not statement) detail in ONLY (non-VAT Compliant!) ".CSV" format!</p> <p> </p> <p>To add insult to injury, I am also able to view (via MTN Active) ONLY the current invoice (no statement!) for only ONE of the TWO lines that I am charged for via the above account number!</p> <p> </p>
