Third party insurance

MTN has a third part insurance they sell to people and when you put in a claim there is so many excuses and bull **** stories they tell you . I have upgraded a week ago biggest mistake I made. If you go to the store they say they can’t help you need to phone the Third party insurance company they can’t assist. Why MTN why can’t you just assist someone in one of your many store’s?
