Third complaint - No feedback in 13 days

To whom it may concern,
I am getting very frustrated with the recent service from MTN, namely:
1. I have an unresolved issue regarding early termination of my contract (Keneuwe Matobako - consultant I dealt/dealing with)
2. Receiving mixed information from MTN staff
3. My number *** was deactivated from the network (I could not make calls for several days)
I demand feedback on the above points a.s.a.p. and during the interim I will be resorting to social media to report the poor service/client service/rude consultants/pathetic turnaround times.

Yesterday was day 13 and still no feedback received from MTN. I have the trail of emails of the dates that I have followed up. I am disgusted with the pathetic customer service and the fact that several MTN staff are giving me the run around. Is MTN a credited service provider, because their actions and service are contrary. If anybody knows of an escalation email address either than [Email Removed] please let me know

Hello Laurin,

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service you've experienced.

We've perused your account and see that the agent in question that assisted you with the early termination fee calculated the below:

Contract period: 9 months remaining

Blackberry Z10 value R 2,794.75/24=R116.45x9 months = R1048.05+ unbilled invoice R322.98 + one month sub R 269.00. Estimated fee=R1640.03.

We have also now checked the history of the cell-phone number in question and see that there was no barring of any sort. The number might have been temporarily been deactivated on the network itself but definitely not on the account.

Regards
Tim
