Third complaint
This is the third time complaining about your services with regard to my device which is still not received it for 44 days without a phone and on another hand I paying this contract every month but mtn failed to assist me resolve this matter and Customer protection act is says 21 Working days which so far is more than ever with this poorest service from mtn and still no one from the store in Woodmead has contacted me to inform me with issues and I wanted for for my phone which no one has clue whatsoever with regard to this matter and now I need a new phone mtn has no solution to its loyalty customers.

04 Jan 2018, 17:41What does going to help me if your store in woodmead can't able to get any solution with regard to my device today 46 days of repair mtn has no solution to customers who is paying every month you can't keep on apologising without a solution I'm further UP with mtn I hope this is last contract. MTN just enjoying taking money while the repair takes 46 days i have to suffer with waiting for repairs .what is the point of me calling your repair centre if you don't have a valid reasons for repair to be fixed and now I'm no longer interested with your repair you took long to resolve this matter and just to let you know I'm going to take this matter to Customers Protection act this is too much
