Think twice before using Summer Mobile (who represent MTN)

<p>on 20 Oct I recieved an SMS from MTN to say my upgrade has been approved. This was done thorugh Summer Mobile. On 21 Oct I recieved an SMS saying that within 3 days I will receive my package. The person taking down my application at Summer Mobile captured an incorrect address. The phone went to the incorrect address and was then returned to the Cape Town warehouse. My address was fixed after I made countless phone calls. It is week 4 now and I still don;t have the phone, BUT wait for it ... I am being billed for the new phone by MTN. Now the story is that they are out of stock - my phone has been sold to someone else - I AM SURE THIS IS IN BREACH OF A CONTRACT AND *******. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY - they have absolutely no idea about customer service and they have sold MY PHONE TO SOMEONE ELSE. If there is a lawyer reading this - perhaps you can help me take these people on. Summer Mobile is useless - seeing what other people have to write about them, I am suprised MTN still want to be associated with them as they too have selected badly and will thus bear the brunt of this negative news.</p>
