Think twice before going to MTN

I changed my contract in Dec 2020 (that was a serious challenge for my patience) to a R299 per month package. MTN continues to deduct R981 from my account. The consultant at the local branch cannot get a decent connection with Accounts to explain the problem. No joy trying get hold of them over the Internet.
