Think twice before applying for any MTN black friday deals

Mtn does not value their clients at all . I took out a black friday contract deal in 2018 . The agreed monthly amount was increased within the first 6 months after the deal was taken out and MTN claimed that this increase was due to better network etc. On the final month of this contract(this current month) , MTN sends me a bill of 4 times the agreed monthly amount . After querying this with MTN .They say that because this is the last month of the contract duration , all black friday deal discounts no longer apply . I would understand if this was abit higher than the agreed monthly amount but 4 times the monthly amount is unacceptable . I would advise anyone who wants to take out a MTN contract this coming black friday or any other contract for that matter to think twice . MTN doesn't care for their clients at all and can and will jack up the amount as they please .

MTN just lost a loyal client who never missed a single payment . I am now forced to go to one of your competitors .
