Thieving MTN

Saying they do not find the payment we made for June25 on 2 July25 in the MTN Centurion store, so they forcefully make deductions and if they don't get they cut the service off.

So they now have all payments that were made plus an extra month. Bank statements prove it all and has been sent to various MTN agents that kept calling and they say it will be investigated, yet all they did was ***** an extra month's money.

Someone needs to sort this out or else I will take this to the media
