Thieving ******* company

Hate this company of *******. My data vanishes on any SIM I use. This happens over and over. I purchased 2gb weekly bundle 2 nights ago. My router shows all traffic clearly showing sent and received with a total of around 600mb missing. Can someone please sue this thieving company? And then the number of occasions like today on my phone I put R60 airtime in making balance R62. I buy a R10 50mb + 50mb and suddenly I'm on R15 airtime. This happens every time. Anyone have any way to legally shut them down since they seem incapable of doing creditable business?
