<p>am sick and tired of you people continuously *****ing my data and my airtime. Every time I attempt, I am left with egg on my face. I loaded 500mb of data at 10:30, and at 11:45, I got a message saying data depleted, from what I wonder because my phone was not in use. Every month my contract loads around the 14th and every month, whether I have data or not, you help yourselves to my data and airtime. And this happens all the damn time. Have been a loyal customer to MTN for more than a decade, you are fast ****ing my loyalty to you bunch of *******. </p>

Please contact our Data Support Team for advise on how to check for updates running on your settings. You can also contact our Customer care line on 808 and request for an Itemised Billing report as well as the URL report so you can identify the sites that are using a lot of your data.
