******* is what you can expect.

This Network Provider depletes your airtime whilst having data loaded onto my prepaid sim card. Now I am not stupid. I know about out of bundle rates and all that jazz. And I have contacted them a few months back about this issue. No real answer was given to this problem. What I don't understand is, why haven't mtn gone the same route as Telkom Mobile, where they restrict you to what bundles are loaded. Don't tell me this is not possible. Telkom Mobile showed us that it is infact possible. You're just being greedy. That being said, taking my airtime while I have data loaded.. now that's just low. Remember one thing mtn, what goes up, must come down. The problem with going down is that people loses their jobs, and you increase your costs whilst losing customers to defray expenses. What happens when all your customers decides to leave? Who will cover those expensive costs then. Who will look after people that you have to let go because of this stupidity? Someone once told me, there's power in numbers. You think numbers are only connected to money? That's where you are wrong. The numbers lies in how many customers you can win over. Some suggestions I have: 1. Restrict Bundle Usage to Bundle Type. 2. Bring out a prepaid uncapped bundle. Even if it's R599 for 30 days. This R40 for one day is mad. Ofco**** you'll also have to upgrade systems so that high demand doesn't **** the netword. 3. Slowly lower costs on bundles. 4. Make sure you invest in Tower upgrades, and more coverage all over South Africa.

Complaint with Advice. Not everyday you get that from a customer that you ***** money from?

The wheel is turning. Make your decisions wisely.

After my appreciation, there goes another R61 airtime, whilst having more than 200mb. If this keeps on happening, I have no choice but to move, and unfortunately, I am in a position to make a dent in the empire that is mtn. I don't like doing bad unto others. But I deal with alot of your customers, and other service providers' customers. Better sort this out quickly. Time is ticking, and rest assured that your customers will here my voice.
