******* IN YELLOW CAPES!

These people are *******!!!!! I was given a device and deal that doesn't work! It was collected 7 days later but I was still billed and they are harassing me with messages about being handed over to the credit bureau - FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER USED!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANTS MAY AS WELL BE PRESCHOOL KIDS WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE OR SOLVE A PROBLEM! THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR 2 MONTHS NOW. I AM SO SICK AND TIRED!!!!!
