*******. Horrible joke. Useless MTN

Mtn refuse to replace phone after I booked it in for repairs at Mtn Branch at Queenstown. Courier service lost my phone. MTN refuse to offer new phone Samsung is responsible. Samsung only offers empty promises. MTN don't give a damn about their clients as long as they receive payment they are happy and happy milking their customers. The most horrible mobile network in SA stay away from mtn they'll milk you dry. No after service. They don't care. *******. They don't care at all. Don't even phone back. They just care about the money. Stay away.
