Your service is **********!!! I had a phone for one day, was not happy with it and returned it. That was over 3 months ago, I have received confirmation that the contract was cancelled before I even received the 2nd bill. I had a debit order come off after I got confirmation the contract was cancelled!!! and now I get an email for another even higher bill. What the hell!? SORT THIS OUT. I got bank charges for the debit order that was not even meant to go off and I do not want that happening again. Also where the hell are you getting your figures if I have returned the phone and cancelled the contract
